USER AGREEMENT:

Greetings from our website. The following terms and conditions of use, along with our privacy policy, govern the relationship between New Royal Tours and you regarding this website. If you continue to explore and use this website, you agree to abide by them. Please do not use our website if you disagree with any aspect of these terms and conditions.

Please read the Terms and Conditions of this Customer Agreement carefully before you (the customer) make reservations and/or purchase a tour and/or tour-related products listed on ‘hurulusafari.com’. This agreement with help you completely understand the rights and responsibilities of both yourself and ‘hurulusafari.com’. By becoming a ‘hurulusafari.com’ customer, you agree that you have read, understand and agree with the following Terms and Conditions, and give irrevocable consent to be bound by all said Terms and Conditions, including any updates thereto. ‘hurulusafari.com’ has the right to change the Terms and Conditions, in whole or in part, at any time with or without notice. ‘hurulusafari.com’ encourages you to print out a copy of this agreement to review and bring it with you on your trip.

 

Your Eligibility

You must be an individual, 18 years of age or older. If you are under 18, you may use ‘hurulusafari.com’ only with involvement of a parent or legal guardian.

Your Responsibility 

Before making reservations, it is your responsibility to read the fine print associated with your desired product including, but not limited to, the following sections: Pricing and its notice, Tour Itinerary, Package Includes, Package Excludes, Cancellation and Refund Policy, Terms and Conditions, Special Note, etc.. And you herein state that you have read and fully understand the content of all fine print and will waive the right to dispute any part of it after your purchase.

Once you have completed your reservation, it is the customer’s responsibility to keep all contact information up-to-date.

Standard Reservation Process and E-Ticket 

  1. Immediately after submitting your reservation/order, you will receive a Receipt of Reservation by email. This Receipt of Reservation does not guarantee seat availability.
  2. Within one to two business days of submitting payment for your reservation/order, you will be notified via email of your reservation`s confirmation.
  3. An E-Ticket will be sent to you via email after we confirm your reservation and all requirements and arrangements have been finalized for your tour. Tour details and contact information for the local tour operator will be included on your E-Tickets for your convenience and reconfirmation purposes.
  4. Simply print out your E-Ticket and present it with your valid photo ID to your tour guide or at the check-in desk on the day of your departure. E-tickets will serve as your proof of purchase and a boarding pass. minneriyasafari.com advises you to call the local tour operator to reconfirm your flight arrival information and pick-up schedule before your departure.

Privacy and Data Collection 

hurulusafari.com is the sole owner of the information collected on this website. We will not sell or share this information to any outside parties, except as outlined in this policy. hurulusafari.com collects information from our users at several different points on our website in order to process reservations and better serve you with pertinent information. Information collected includes name, shipping address, billing address, telephone numbers, email address and payment information such as credit card. hurulusafari.com also requires you to submit a username and password of your choice for future access to your information. Your username and password is to remain confidential and you should not share this information with anyone. hurulusafari.com’s information practices are further described in its Privacy and Security Policy. hurulusafari.com’s Privacy and Security Policy is part of this Agreement, and you agree that use of data as described in the Privacy and Security Policy is not an actionable breach of your privacy or publicity rights.

Travel Insurance 

hurulusafari.com strongly recommends our customers acquire insurance covering medical, trip cancellation, and baggage, etc. hurulusafari.com does not currently offer any travel arrangements. The tour products listed on hurulusafari.com are operated by our company & some independent tour providers. We act as agent for providers of tours, transportation, sightseeing and hotel accommodations. hurulusafari.com shall be exempt from any liability in the event of an accident resulting in, but not limited to, loss or damage of properties, injury to people, death during trip, delays, irregularities or other occurrences beyond its control. Settlements will ensue in accordance with rules set by airlines, hotels, buses, etc. You agree that hurulusafari.com will not be liable for any costs or damages arising out of a dispute or disagreement between you and any participating provider or a third party for anything that is in any way related to this site or the use of information contained in this site, and you hereby expressively waive any such claim against hurulusafari.com and its owner, members, officers, directors, employees, parents, subsidiaries, agents and representatives. hurulusafari.com suggests that due to the Cancellation Policy for your tour and the unexpected events that can possibly occur, your party would benefit from purchasing Travel Insurance for your reservation.

Tour Amendments and Cancellation 

Tour providers will try their best to make sure all the tour arrangements will be the same as planned. However, to ensure safe and secure tours, tour providers reserve the right to make amendments including altering, postponing and canceling tours due to weather, transportation, riots and many other uncontrollable circumstances. 

Cancellation and Refund policy for 1-4 days tours

  • All purchases are subject to re-confirmation within one business day after purchase, customers will be fully refunded if the orders cannot be confirmed.
  • Cancellations received 15 days (or more) of departure will incur a penalty of 10% per person.
  • Cancellations received within 14 days of departure will incur a penalty of 25% per person.
  • Cancellations received within 7 days of departure will incur a penalty of 50% per person.
  • Cancellations received within 5 days of departure will incur a penalty of 100% per person.
  • Unused features are non-refundable. No shows forfeit entire payment.
  • Trips require a minimum number of participants to avoid cancellation. We reserve the right to cancel a schedule trip to fully refund affected customers although tour companies will make every efforts to maintain the normal operation.
  • There is 6% handling fee add-on to the above penalties & bank charges will be deducted.

Cancellation and Refund policy for tours last 5 or more days

  • All purchases are subject to re-confirmation within one business day after purchase, customers will be fully refunded if the orders cannot be confirmed.
  • Cancellations received 46 days (or more) of departure will incur a penalty of 10% per person.
  • Cancellations received within 45 days of departure will incur a penalty of 25% per person.
  • Cancellations received within 20 days of departure will incur a penalty of 50% per person.
  • Cancellations received within 7 days of departure will incur a penalty of 100% per person.
  • Unused features are non-refundable. No shows forfeit entire payment.
  • Trips require a minimum number of participants to avoid cancellation. We reserve the right to cancel a schedule trip to fully refund affected customers although tour companies will make every efforts to maintain the normal operation.
  • There is 6% handling fee add-on to the above penalties & bank charges will be deducted.

 


Tour Changes:

We offer Safari change/Swith to another safari or tour or post phone another date for limited safari tours in some cases.  If last few days reports very less Elephants in Hurulu park, as a Alternative Safari tour we can swith/change your hurulu Safari bookings to Minneriya or Kaudulla Park with a additional fee.

* We do not Full or Partial refund for Safari Tour changes. .

Refund Procedure

Customers requesting a refund are required to e-mail their formal letters with a detail explanation to:

Your refund request will be answered and processed promptly. If you do not receive the reply within one business day, please call the office immediately. We will not be responsible if email fail to reach us.

NOTE: We cannot grant refunds more than 03 days after completion of tour.

Language 

Tours are escorted by professional English or bi- or multi-lingual tour guide and/or driver guides. In order to meet the language needs of the majority of passengers on a tour coach, tours and/or languages may be combined to enable operation of the tours. You have the responsibility to inform us of your language needs when you book the tour online.

Passports and Visas 

You are responsible for obtaining any travel documents and/or verifying entry requirements necessary for each country of travel and/or transit on your selected tour itinerary. Entry laws differ with respect to traveler’s citizenship.

Pricing, Amendment, Cancellation and Refund Policy 

Please be aware all prices are offered in the currency of United States Dollars. Prices may vary due to availability. For example, prices may increase during holidays. All prices are subject to confirmation. Further details about hurulusafari ‘s cancellation and refund practices are described in Standard Amendment, Cancellation and Refund Policy. hurulusafari ‘s Standard Amendment, Cancellation and Refund Policy is part of this Agreement, and you agree that you have read and approve of all its content before making an online reservation.

Medical Conditions, Pregnancy and Travel 

If you have a medical condition, or if you are pregnant and considering travel, you must consult with your doctor before you travel, especially if medical condition requires daily routine care, urgent care, or your pregnancy is high-risk. You are responsible for disclosing any related information to us during the check-out process by adding special comments. You understand hurulusafari or local provider is not in a position to provide any medical services or urgent care in the event such an action may be required. You are liable for any risks, incidences or consequences incurred during travel. We highly recommend that you purchase medical insurance and travel insurance before you travel.
